About us
An Australian Digital Infrastructure Company
DGen Connects delivers telecommunications construction, IT infrastructure, mission-critical data centre solutions, and critical power technologies for the organisations building Australia's digital future.
Our story
Built by People Who Build Networks
DGen Connects was formed around a simple belief: Australia's digital infrastructure deserves delivery partners who treat every splice, rack and site visit as mission-critical work.
Our team brings together telecommunications and infrastructure professionals with hands-on delivery experience across fibre, wireless, satellite and enterprise technology environments. That experience shapes how we plan work, manage risk and hand over a completed scope.
Today we are extending that discipline into data centre, critical power and advanced cooling infrastructure — the systems behind cloud and AI workloads.
Vision
To build the workforce that will shape the future of digital infrastructure by connecting communities, enabling innovation, and delivering mission-critical infrastructure that powers tomorrow's technologies.
Mission
To deliver high-quality telecommunications, IT, and data centre infrastructure solutions through technical excellence, innovation, strong partnerships, and an unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
Values
What We Hold Ourselves To
Safety
Every decision starts with the safety of our people and communities.
Integrity
We do what we say, and we say what is true.
Quality
Work is finished when it meets the standard, not when it is fast.
Accountability
Clear ownership from planning through to handover.
Collaboration
We work as an extension of our clients' delivery teams.
Innovation
We adopt methods and technologies that improve outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
We learn from every project and apply it to the next.
